To return OR exchange your ordered item(s), please follow the steps outlined below:
Select Return My Order
You will be redirected to the returns portal to complete the return process (Please make sure pop-ups are enabled).
The full process once redirected to the returns portal is as follows:
Enter your order number and the order's ship-to postal code.
Select the Look Up Order button.
The next page will display your order information and each item in the order.
Select the item to return and the reason for the return.
Select the Submit Request button.
The next (and final) page will confirm your return.
Select Print Return Label to receive and print your return label
Please make sure any old labels on your package is removed or obscured to eliminate delays.
