Shipping

All 50 states including the District of Columbia (excluding all US Territories). Canada! We ship to you as well

Shipping Costs are based on order merchandise total weight.

All orders placed will be processed as soon as possible and shipped out the next day. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped Monday with a guarantee of Tuesday. For orders needing to be shipped same day, please place your order before noon ET using an expedited service (excludes Weekends and Holidays). We will make it a priority to get the item(s) out as soon as possible.

Once an order is processed, orders are shipped via USPS Ground, UPS ground, or FedEx ground which delivers within 2-10 business days to all U.S. locations, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Based on location orders may be delivered sooner. Expedited service orders are expected to arrive within the allotted business days USPS, UPS, or FedEx guarantees.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your SPAM folder as emails may be sent there if B. Love is not added to your safe recipient list.

Changes to an order made within 4 hours after the order was submitted is allowed. In contrast; changes to an order after 4 hours of the order being submitted is not allowed, please email blclothing@bobby-love.com with your order confirmation number and your concern and we will respond to your inquiry within 8 hours.

Shipping to an address other than your billing address is definitely allowed! Be sure to select “Ship to address different from my billing address” prior to completing your purchase.

A purchase sent in multiple shipments is due to the number of items ordered not fitting into one box. You will receive an email with a tracking number and item list for each of your packages. When this happens you may notice multiple posts to your credit card for a single order, totaling out to the final cost you received on your receipt

Outside of Canada we do not, but we are working on it! 

Although shipping costs are based on order merchandise total weight; the rates to ship to Canada do not include Tariffs (duties) and/or local Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) charges that may be assessed. Customers will be responsible for any incurred costs associated with these fees

Returns & Exchanges

To return item(s) purchased, follow the steps outlined here.

We will gladly accept a return of any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 14 days of the order shipment date accompanied by an original receipt.

A charge of $6.95 will be deducted from the remaining balance on returns that surpass 14 days.

Original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund on orders that were shipped correctly.

All clearance items are not eligible for return or refund. Clearance items may be returned for exchange or credit.

Items are classified as defective if they are not of standard quality or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered defective or accepted for return.

To ensure that the item you want to exchange for is available and shipped to you quickly, please email us at blclothing@bobby-love.com and provide us with the exchange details.

We in return will email you an invoice for payment on the exchanged item requested (shipping is on us).

Proceed and ship the item to be returned by following the return instructions on the Returns page. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase to the original form of payment (this does not include the initial shipping costs).

International customers are responsible for shipping costs to return any item(s) equal to or less than the original shipping charges to ship the order; in order to be eligible for a refund on original shipping costs.

For example if the shipping rate charged to ship the order after completing the checkout process is $20; consider a shipping rate to return the item(s) ordered equal to $20 or less in order to be refunded the initial $20 shipping rate.

International customers are responsible for shipping cost to return any merchandise equal to or less than the original shipping charges to ship the merchandise; in order to be eligible for a refund on original shipping cost to ship the merchandise.

For example if the shipping rate charged to ship the merchandise after completing the checkout process is $20; consider a shipping rate to return the merchandise equal to $20 or less in order to receive the $20 shipping rate refund.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process refunds once the merchandise is received.

Proceed and ship the item to be returned using any carrier of choice (It is suggested to use a carrier that offers the lowest costs to ship the item back). Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase to the original form of payment (this includes the initial shipping costs)

It’s your choice, but should you create an account you’ll experience great benefits such as quicker checkout with future orders since your information will be stored such as billing and shipping addresses. You can also access your order history, and manage your email preferences.

B. Love protects your online order and registration information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than B. Love. The secure mode begins when you initiate your order. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser when accessing a secure service. The first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. Simply email blclothing@bobby-love.com with the phrase "password reset" in the subject line. Include your name and complete email address used to register in the body of the email.
Please note: Any request to have your password reset, your credit card information will be deleted from your profile.
