Returning Or Exchanging?

We are truly sorry that your ordered item(s) didn't work out for you. The steps outlined below will direct you to our self return and exchange portal. For those simply looking to return an item(s) please be sure to read our return policy prior to completing the steps below. For those looking to exchange item(s) please make it a priority to read our exchange policy prior to completing the steps below in order to expedite the process.

For our international customers, the process to return or exchange is different, please read our international return and exchange process for exact details on how to complete both options.

To return OR exchange your ordered item(s), please follow the steps outlined below:​

Select Return My Order

You will be redirected to the returns portal to complete the return process (Please make sure pop-ups are enabled).

The full process once redirected to the returns portal is as follows:

Enter your order number and the order's ship-to postal code.

Select the Look Up Order button.

The next page will display your order information and each item in the order.

Select the item to return and the reason for the return.

Select the Submit Request button.

The next (and final) page will confirm your return.

Select Print Return Label to receive and print your return label 

Please make sure any old labels on your package is removed or obscured to eliminate delays.
